This is a unique birthday celebration for a young woman who feels anxious about entering her 30s and contemplating growing up with her friends. As she marks her 29th birthday, she's aware that she may not want to party as much as before and is uncertain about her future self, which has been on her mind. I found this enjoyable because it allowed me to share some of the insights I've gained from numerous similar conversations with passengers over the years during birthday celebrations. We all realize that we leave behind different versions of ourselves and feel apprehensive about what lies ahead. Aging involves not only physical changes but also shifts in our desires. While we manage our weight for our future selves, we must also consider how we will nourish our minds and spirits. This was a delightful group to host. Initially, I was concerned about the number of people outside the house, as sometimes people try to exceed my car's capacity, turning it into a safety issue. However, they limited the passengers to six, and it ended up being a wonderful ride.
