Episode 057: Short Ride to a Truck Show (Fogged View)

This lady was really nice and tipped me ten dollars for such a short ride. At the end of the video, you hear me sounding a bit annoyed about the short ride. Sometimes, you can't predict what will happen on a short ride, and it can lead to challenging passenger drop-off situations, often becoming a driver's worst experience. It was a busy night, and I wanted to move on to the next ride, especially since it was only half a mile away. It was a quick ride, but I also want to highlight the part where she mentioned being hit on all day, so her husband sent her to the casino. Helping attractive women can sometimes be perceived as creepy. So, I chose to avoid any awkwardness and dropped her off at the entrance where people were walking through, rather than driving around with a stranger. I considered editing out my final remarks but realized there's value in being honest about the process of interacting with someone for just a two-minute ride. I didn't want to complicate the situation when a simple solution was available. I left my final comments in because I want viewers to know I'd rather be blunt and honest than polite and fake. I can be fake sometimes, but I hope you appreciate a bit of honesty about the situation. Should I have stayed with her longer to find a better solution, or was my decision suitable for the circumstances? I just didn't want to try to be a hero to someone who is married; I find it inappropriate if there's an easier, effective solution.
